Pool enclosures for Gulf Breeze, Pensacola and the Emerald Coast
Spend your time swimming, not skimming.
A screened pool enclosure keeps leaves, pine straw, bugs and animals out of the water. Filters stay cleaner, you use fewer chemicals, and pool maintenance takes a fraction of the time and money.
The screen also takes the edge off the summer sun, so the water stays cooler in July and holds a little more heat in the winter.
Safer, without losing the view
A six-foot wood fence restricts access to a pool, but it also blocks your yard. A screened enclosure keeps the pool secure while you still see the landscape, the water or the golf course behind it.
- Less debris, less cleaning, lower upkeep
- Bug-free mornings and evenings by the pool
- Controlled access for kids and pets
- Custom fit to your pool, patio and roofline

What homeowners say
Every review is five stars. Here is what customers wrote.
“Mike came out to our home and from the start I knew my wife and I would like to do business with him. He said what he was going to do, and delivered. His crew was awesome and very professional. The pool enclosure came out beautiful.”
Pool enclosure questions
Do I need a permit for a pool enclosure in Florida?
In most cases, yes. New screen enclosures in Florida generally require a building permit and must meet the Florida Building Code wind-load requirements for their location. If you live in an HOA, you may also need its approval. Ask us about permitting for your project when we come out to measure.
How much does a screened pool enclosure cost?
Every pool enclosure is custom built, so the price depends on its size and height, the roof style, the screen you choose, and site details like your deck and how the enclosure ties into your roofline. We measure and give you a free, no-obligation quote.
What pool enclosure roof styles do you build?
We build Mansard, Half Mansard, Gable and Full View pool enclosures. A Mansard roof has four sloping sides and two pitches, a Half Mansard has three sloping sides and a flat top, a Gable has two sloping sides that meet at a point, and a Full View uses post and beam construction to help keep your view. We will help you pick the style that fits your home.
Does a pool enclosure really cut down on pool maintenance?
Yes. An enclosure keeps leaves, pine straw, insects and animals out of the water, which means less skimming, cleaner filters and fewer chemicals. It also shades the pool, so the water stays cooler in summer.
How long does pool enclosure screen last?
A high quality insect screen lasts about 10 years. When the vinyl coating wears away and white fiberglass starts showing through, it is time to rescreen.
